How To Confirm Pregnancy After Discontinuing Contraceptives For A While?

Hello, so i have been on birth control for 5 years, on Jan 21 i stopped taking birth control because something came up and i was off of it for a week. I started to take it again on Jan 28. During that week i did have sex 2x and after the 28th i had sex 3x. I was just wondering if there is anyway i can be pregnant since i was off birth control & since i missed a whole week and started over?
