How To Confirm Pregnancy After Having Irregular Period Cycle?

Hi.I gave birth on january 31st and after that bleeding from birth i again have my period for 5 days starting on the 7th of april and then again bleeding for two days on the 18th of april. But so far i have missed may n june and the test says positive. Am i really pregnant again??

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses is very common after delivery and this is nothing to worry if the pregnancy test is positive then it may be false result to get it confirm better to get done the sonography, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
