How To Confirm Pregnancy?

what are the odds of me being pregnant last period was feb. 23rd for 4 days have a 28 day cycle ovulation was between mar 6- the 11th had sex 4th, 5th,and6th have been trying to conceive for 3 plus years i am 37 with 1 child she is 15 years old. now it is the 4th of april and still no period im afraid to take a test for fear of it being negative was going to start fertility treatments this month i have very regular periods

I really appreciate your concern, chances of pregnancy is very minimal in my opinion if you are not worried about the pregnancy and you need this then just do nothing but wait for some time because if this is conception then you would get the obvious sign of this and if this is not conception then you would get the menses sooner or later, hope this information helps, take care.
