How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Helo dr. I got married last year. For two yrs we dont want baby. Yet now i dont have any problem in period. But last time my period date is 15 july . For one month i didnt get period. I think i m pregnancy. Now i want to abort the baby. How should i confirm my pregnancy and how should i abort it? If i inform my parents they wont allow me to abort. So plz help me

Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

You can wait a maximum of 45days from your last menstrual cycle to do a HPT ( Home pregnancy Test) or can do serum beta HCG test which is more reliable than HPT to confirm pregnancy.

If the results are positive & you don't wanna have baby now, you can go ahead with any early abortion pills. But if the pregnancy is morethan 7 weeks, then it can't be dealt with tablets & you have to meet your gynaecologist.
