How To Confirm Pregnancy?

ok my period was due on the 4th of this month and I never got it. I went to the hospital tonight because I was having cramps. I took 2 home pregnancy tests and they were positive. Well when I went to the hospital they told me I have a uti and that im not pregnant. I came home and took another one and it was positive. So that is now 3 home pregnancy tests that have come up positive. They are the early responce tests. Now im spotting. Is it possible that im pregnant?
