How To Confirm Pregnancy?

M having symptoms of pregnancy.. but i dun remember the date of my last period.. i dunno whether m pregnant o not? i did a home pregnancy test... but it says det invalid... :/ what am i gonna do ? i want an abortion.. how much would it cost..?? n how many days?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion pregnancy test gives accurate results if done after 1 week of missed period.The symptoms of pregnancy like nausea,vomitings,dizziness,sore breasts and increased frequency of urination start around 6 weeks of pregnancy.If you dont know the dates you can confirm the pregnancy on ultrasound.Early weeks of pregnancy is terminated medically but if more than 6 weeks need surgical procedures.Need rest for a week.
