OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy , hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease, or can be due to stress.
I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test, if positive then further management should be done accordingly.
If negative, you should consult your OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated( including hormonal profile) and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
