How To Confirm Pregnancy?

-I m a 35 year old woman, who had been off of Mirena since my husband left me in July. I have SLE, we have had sex twice this month using the withdrawl method, my last cycle was 39 days but doc said it could be irregular as i had the iud in for 4 years. My last af started on 09/03/2011 we had sex last Saturday night. I am having a heavy semi bloated feelign in abdomen, slight cramping, hot flashes, occasional nausea, acne break out on my forehead, loss of appetite, tired, but have trouble sleeping, headaches every day esp in the morning, veins in breast, but have negative pregnancy test. I am very concerned as my husband left me, but I still love him and was stupid. Please help... could this be pregnancy ? is it possible? or could it be a new lupus thing I mean with the lupus i have occasional nausea and tired, etc but the daily headaches are very new i don t remember my breasts being htis veiny, and i rarely break out like this. Thanks!
