How To Confirm Pregnancy?

I am 4 days delayed already, I had negative result when I checked 2 days ago. I am a bit confused coz I had symptoms of pregnancy for the past 2 weeks ago like breast tenderness & nausea & abdominal cramps. Now, I have on & off brown then now black spot. What do you think is happening now?

What is your age? I presume your periods are regular. Just to clarify things do the blood pregnancy test as it if more accurate.

Some women do get symptoms of breast tenderness,abdominal cramps just before their period and it is normal. The brown black spotting could be the spotting which occurs some times before the period.
