How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Hi

I have small problem just want to know about my wife as she has missed her menstrual period.Last menstrual period is on 23rd July 2012, still not she got her menstrual period, she had done pregnancy test on 7th Sept. which shows negative. Is it she is pregnant as we are very much confused. Kindly advise.

Hi,
I understand that your wife is not having period for a long time and pregnancy test is negative. In this case she needs evaluation to find out the reason of missing her periods. Please arrange visit with a gynecologist in your area. Your doctor is expected to do an ultrasound and some blood tests to clarify the situation & to treat her if needed.
