Hi,

Though sometimes urine pregnancy test kits can give false negative results, just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding the pregnancy. So now the possible options for you are:
- Blood test for pregnancy, which can be give more accurate results compared with a urine pregnancy test.

If serum beta HCG levels in a blood test on more than 5 mIU/mL, it indicates the possibility of pregnancy. More than 25 mIU/mL, confirm the possibility of pregnancy. Ultrasound helps in confirming the pregnancy and also in estimating the gestational age. In the absence of pregnancy, it can help in finding the possible causes of delayed periods also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
