How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Hi my name is claire,
i took plan b month and half ago, and ive also have unprotected sex 3 times in september.
i am now 12 days late, im having back pain, cramps, im tired all the time.
could i be pregnant or is it just plan b messing up my routine?
