While using the contraceptive pills the menstrual pattern may vary, sometimes you may get regular withdrawal bleeding, sometimes absence of periods can be seen. It depends on the reproductive hormone levels. If you have not missed any pill or not altered the time of intake of the pill, the possibility of pregnancy is very less as the oral contraceptive pills are having a high success rate.
If you want to be sure, please go for a blood test for pregnancy test. If serum beta hCG levels are less than 5 mIU/mL, it excludes the possibility of pregnancy. Then you can continue with the oral contraceptive pills as per the schedule. To get the complete contraceptive protection, you have to start the new pack as per the schedule irrespective of the onset of withdrawal bleeding.
