Irregularity in menstrual cycles can occur due to many causes as you have taken 5 home pregnancy tests with all negative results the possibility of pregnancy is less. But rarely home pregnancy test kits can give false negatives, so to confirm, please go for a blood test for pregnancy. In that if the serum beta HCG levels are less than 5 mIU/mL it rules out the possibility of pregnancy.
Ultrasound is also an alternative which can help in ruling out the pregnancy by showing the empty uterus. Other investigations like blood hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels, thyroid profile and serum prolactin levels help in finding the possible cause of irregular periods and treatment can be taken accordingly.
