How To Confirm Pregnancy?

HI doc, I was expecting my periods on 11th but, missed it, today is 14th and there are no signs of it. and I have been trying for a kid. I took a pregnancy test with a kit which resulted negative. but I have some other signs like pain in breasts,fatigue... kindly suggest on how should I confirm

Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

You should wait for a week after your missed period for the most accurate results of pregnancy test. Only during this period, detectable levels of HCG develops in the body.

If you check a day or within 2-3 after your expected period in the morning hours, 10 - 20 % of pregnancy won't be detected.

Though you experience early signs of pregnancy, I advice you not to be anxious & also to wait for 7-10days & to do a retest.
