How To Confirm Pregnancy?

I keep throwing up or spitting up clear mucus or the food that I have eaten, could that be because of pregnancy? And I feel nauseated some times.. I also spotted brown just for 5mins and it stopped. Period isn t due for another 3 days, was that implantation bleeding?

welcome to HCM, The above symptoms can be seen in the pregnancy, but they are not confirmatory symptoms. UPT - urine pregnancy test after missed period can confirm the presence of pregnancy, An ultrasound could give a defenative. consult again if you have any further questions.
