How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Hi I taken a pregnancy test on Friday it came up positive and 3 others did slightly light line taken one on Monday came up negative I have not come on my period and I m also getting slight cramping like I m going to come on.with white discharge I also get waves of sickness can you get a false positive can you help thanks

False positives are less likely but are seen in various other conditions, which you have not reported symptoms of.

The best time to check using a home pregnancy test would be anytime on or after the second day of a missed period and using an early morning urine sample, which would be most concentrated.
