How To Confirm Reinfection?

I masturbated a day after receiving treatment for the dreaded Chlamydia. Although I do not think I touched my eyes, I may have done so accidentally. I have heard that you can reinfect yourself by touching your eyes. Is the chance to reinfect yourself this way a huge possibility? Thanks

a minute amount of the semen can rarely cause any problem.
