How To Confirm The Date Of Conception?

Good day, I have a terrible doubt about my pregnacy, recently on the 22th of july I got an ultrasound and the pregnacy result was 15 weeks and 5 days, I was with my ex bf and we had sex all the last week of march and the first of april, then we broke up, on the 12th of april I got my period it last 2 days, and I ended up having sex with another guy on the 20th of april, so I dont know what to trust when the doctor that saw me on the 22th told me Im 14 weeks and 5 days because it end up somehow a day after I broke up with my ex bf and a week before having sex with this other guy. Help me please.

Possibly the 2 days periods could have been implantation bleeding. Should confirm the paternity through DNA test after delivery.
