How To Control Acne Over Face And Back?
I d like to consult about my acne, I had this over my face and at my back...Pls advice me of better way to eliminate them totally. I ve been using so many control agents but to no use, and is it safe to use retane for my pimples? thanks and more power

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne over face and back which seems to be acne vulgaris and it could be due to stress, anxiety, clogged pores of skin with dead bacteria ,drugs like steroids and oily food. Need not to worry. Take antibiotic like azithromycine 500 mg. You should use face wash such as neutrogena oil free. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. Also wash affected area with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream , retinoids or recommend procedures like laser therapy and dermabrassion.
