Alcohol drinking - I am male 36 years old … 5feet 9 inches height…. 79 Kgs weight ….. Normally I would drink 3-4 times a week and 3 pegs (120-180 ml) or 2 beers at a time…. What is normal drinking or what precautions(medicines) once should take to avoid future damage…. Thanks in adv for your help!

bro normal drinking is 60 ml means single peg. take tablet of vitamin bcomplex tablets frequently to overcome side effects or drinking related problems. so don't worry. hope my answer is helpful and thankful to you. take care.
