hello doctor sahib, now my sugar level in morning 170, i take new medicine Jalra-M,1tb after breakfast and after dinner,Vobose0,3 in between breakfast,lunch and dinner Nurokind plus 01tab night from 12.04.16 but i am not start insulin till . we started morning walk 01hour daily, sir what can i do for control my sugar level pl.

Since you have started the new medicine,continue the same regularly along with regular physical activity.Diet control and splitting food consumption into smaller portions throughout the day should be followed.Repeat blood sugar levels before,after food in 15 to 20 days.The dose can be adjusted accordingly.
