How To Control Cholesterol Without Medicines?

Dear Doctor, Iam Male 40, now I am haveing Colostrol level 228(for 150). My doctor advice me to take atorsave 40mg daily. Tell me your suggesion how to do ? and please advice me how to control colostrol without taking any medicine. Please reply me YYYY@YYYY .

Intensive low animal fat diet and exercise for 12 weeks can be tried before rechecking cholesterol levels; many individuals despite their best efforts are unable to normalize levels and need medicine; you can ask your doctor about the lifestyle changes you need to make for that period of time and define a timeline to recheck your panel; set a goal cholesterol with your doctor and if unable to reach it, you may want to consider medication.
