How To Control Cramps In Legs, Feet And Hands?

I am a 55 yr. old caucasian male, HIV Pos.=24yrs., Kidney Dis., Fatty Liver(Cirrohsis), Degen. Disc Dis., S/P CVA-1998, Non-Ins. Diabetes, Neuropathy of Feet. My question is-I have developed severe leg, foot, & hand cramps. They attack at any given time but, mostly at night. Any suggestions for control?
