Dear madam I understand your concern.
I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications.
controlling of diabetes depends on three main aspects.
1. daily exercise or walking for 45 mins which will reduce your weight and improve your insulin resistance.
2.strict low calorie diet
3.taking medication in time and correct dose.
kindly provide me with height, weight and duration of diabetes to assist you in a better way and prescribe medications
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
