How To Control Elevated Blood Sugar Level Caused Due To Omnacortil?

Hello, I am 46 yrs suffering from cll, and taken six cycles of FCR Chemo, now on remission, but my Hb level is too low at 5 g/dl from last 2 yrs, my onco/haematologist prescribed me 20mg of Omnacortil 3 times a week, but from then my sugar level is too much eleveted up to 300 (post meal) i am diabetic also what should i do now .
