How To Control Fluid Imbalance In Ear?

Hi . I am 27 year old male. I worked in continuous night shift for 4 years till 2012 and some days avoided sleep for 2 days due to work pressure. Suddenly one days lost balance,i felt like my brain was shaken. When I consulted ENT doctor. They took tests and confirmed that I had fluid imbalance in ear. I took prescribed tablets. This incident happened in 2009. Then I started to hear all beep sounds. Even now in 2015 sometimes it will start beeping. I feel so weak like losing balance . Not like the first time, but its there. I m working in day shift. Please advice how to control this. Will it affect my life. I m scared a lot.

I really appreciate your concern, fist of all you need to have some enough of sleep because less sleep could be the reason of this, once you take the enough of sleep everything would be fine, hope this information helps, take care.
