I am 75 years old and i have diabetes and my doctor wants me to maintain a good level of my blood pressure which i can't maintain at 120 over 80 mine is anywhere from 160 over70 to 80 and if i relax for about 15 min it goes to 137 over 71to76 always is this good or bad....

Lose extra weight. Blood pressure often increases as weight increases. Exercise regularly. Morning and evening walk is very useful. Eat a healthy diet. Reduce salt in your diet. reduce red meat if you are a non vegetarian.
get your BP checked regularly after 15 days.
