How To Control High BP?

I am 75 years old and i have diabetes and my doctor wants me to maintain a good level of my blood pressure which i can't maintain at 120 over 80 mine is anywhere from 160 over70 to 80 and if i relax for about 15 min it goes to 137 over 71to76 always is this good or bad....

Hello

in relaxed state 137 over 76 not at all a bad blood pressure according to your age.

Lose extra weight. Blood pressure often increases as weight increases.
Exercise regularly.
Morning and evening walk is very useful.
Eat a healthy diet.
Reduce salt in your diet.
reduce red meat if you are a non vegetarian.

get your BP checked regularly after 15 days.
