How To Control Infection At Ear Piercing Oozing Pus And Blood?

My year old ear piercing has been hurting for a couple days after putting some new, cheaper earrings in. I thought it was because of the size of the earrings so I let it go. Today I took my earrings out because of the pain and they started oozing pus and blood, a lot of it. I cleaned up the pus and my ears with some alcohol And my ears, although hurting a lot less, are still pussing a bit and are very swollen. How can I take care of this infection?

Start Antibiotic Ointment Metrogly P , for swelling use Ibuprofen & clean hole daily with antiseptic solution.
