How To Control Itching Around The Genital Area?

Dear Sir I m a 28 year old male and I seem to be having some itching issues around my genital area. It began off in my inner thigh and redness around my genitals. mostly I seems this problem in the hot seson. I cannot use soap or detol in this area because very irritating, because of this I am not using underwear now! I also shaved my pubic hair but it didn t seem to have much of an effect. Can you please give me a solution for this and which medicine will be effective ?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Using anti fungal ointments like miconazole will be helpful to clear out this. Use loose and cotton underwear.
