How To Control Mood Swings After Having Periods?
My daughter goes through mood swings once a month they last about 2 -4 weeks at a time mentally she s 18-2 year level . when she s in her mood swing she will not sleep and she can get very loud , and screaming n yelling and when she talks it doesn t make any sence ....she usually starts her moodswing after her periods . I wish I knew what to do to help her through this she s 27 yrs old.
