How To Control My Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure as of this morning is 132/69 with a heart rate of 65 bpm. Two months ago my blood pressure was 120/65. There have been no major changes in my diet and I play basketball on a daily basis so I'm staying very active. What are some ways I can help to correct my blood pressure.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the values that you have given here is not the hypertension and no need to treat this actually when the systolic pressure goes beyond 140mm/Hg and diastolic pressure goes beyond 90mm/Hg this this is to be treated hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
