General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In case bleeding is uncontrollable with hemostatic or hormonal pills you need to stop aspirin pill, if you are taking as an adjacent to blood pressure medicine. Taking absolute rest is a must. Go to ER & get investigated. Blood bleeding & clotting test followed by specific medicines would help. 4 d is test may help in diagnosing possibility of any malignancies. Injectable medications help many a times. In case, there is no response, you need surgical intervention in form of diagnostic D&C or hysterectomy as per need. Proper investigations &expert gynecological help would help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
