How To Control Rapid Greying Of Hair?
Hello Doctor,I am male 25 yrs - my hair on the head and the beard are already 30% grey most of it was in last 6 months.... i am stressed a lot...and recently even my chest hair and pubic hair started getting grey,,,,,is there any solution to get rid of this and to control or rectify it... please suggest .... is it a sign of any disease ... does masturbation is any kind of reason for this greying hair.....

Premature graying is defined as onset before age 30 in Asians and before late teens in caucasians.
Genetics has a role to play and in those who develop premature grey hairs, there is usually a positive family history.
A role is also postulated for environmental factors such as ultraviolet light, smoking, deficiency of trace elements and nutritional deficiencies in the causation of premature graying.
Para aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and Calcium pantothenate are well known remedies for premature graying and have been used in the past to arrest and even reverse premature graying. Either of them can be used alone or in combination
Topical 1% Melitane has recently been made available as a remedy for premature graying of hair. It is available as a gel and needs to be applied once daily (2ml) at night to the hair roots (scalp as well as beard).
