How To Control Semen Leakage?

Hi, I am 24 yrs old male, i am havinhlg a problem, my sperm is coming out from my penis while i am talking with my girlfriend, and sometimes without doin anything, its also happening while i am on toilet. Its happen 4 to 5 times yet, last time it happened 1 months ago, and nowadays daily from 4 days. Is it a big problem ? What shoud i have to do now ? Please help

Hi,

Semen leakage is a normal physiological function. If seminal fluid collects in the prostate chamber of the lower abdomen, it helps to keep moist, it helps the urinary tract for clearance of urine and ejaculate.
