How To Control Semen Leakage?

Dear Sir, I Anil, age 22, weight 64,height 5.7 I am suffering from penis (urine pain) problem Sir. Since 5 months in weekly 2-3 times my sperms automatically getting out,i don t have any sex qualities. then why like this i am suffering , waitng for ur suitable answer, to whom i have to consultant. plz reply soon.

Hi Anil,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
It appears that you are too anxious and worried about your problem.
Kindly relax and be calm so that your problem would be solved.
First of all the urge for you to ejaculate could be due to infection present in uro-genital tract. For this, kindly take Tablet. Levofloxacin 500mg once a day for 10 days.
Drink good quantity of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated.
For uncontrolled ejaculation, take selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) like sertraline or fluoxetine which are drugs known to help in delaying ejaculation. You can also practice 'pause-squeeze' technique, which over a period of time would help you to gain control over ejaculation.
