hello doctor, i love a girl one side. I am feel failed, after that i marry a another with my parents idea. now I feel more sexual intention with all the girls match with my taste of girls. How to reduce this sexual desire and come back to happy family life with my wife. This sexual feel with other girl affect me a lot with my sleep, energy and concentration how to overcome this problem.
