How To Control Sugar Level In A Diabetic?

I have diabetics since more than 10 year and taking 1 tab dimorome in the morning duing exercise daily(almost) and my Sugar level in the fasting is control but after meal my sugar level is more than 250 that will be ok. Please suggest some medicine if needed to control that sugar level. Thanks Javed

1) you require your diet to be modified
2) it has shown that Both fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and postprandial plasma glucose (PPG) are directly correlated to the risk of complications, with some evidence that postprandial might constitute a stronger risk factor for cardiovascular (CV) complications.
3)kindly consult your doctors as you require modification of the drug dose and proper diet plan.
