i recently did the one hour test for testing blood sugar and it came back a little higher than normal. the same test was done with my last pregnancy so i did not want to do the three hour test so they automatically deemed me as having gestational diabetes and now diet or not my sugar levels are coming back normal should i opt for the three hour test to test my blood sugar levels to resolve the issue

hullo and welcome to healthcare forum. Gestational diabetes or diabetes during pregnancy is a common problem and more so in repeated pregnancies. You should consult an obstetrician and an endocrinologist/physician for complete and proper investigation and monitoring of both diabetes and pregnancy. You also need routine check-ups, ultrasound scans and blood tests for this. Home monitoring of sugar by Accu-chek is fine but many patients need to be put on injectable drugs like insulin, so do visit your doctor as soon as possible. This will ensure the well-being of both you and the baby.
