i think you have to posses a strong determination to control your mind.yaah it is difficult to do as it is easy to say ,but u can make it possible.remain free from sex sites & such movies it has really a dangerous impact.do some exercise,try to remain busy in some work bacause a free mind has atendency to think such things & hope u can make it

Masturbation is acceptable. But realise too much is not good. Weekly 3 times per week is OK. But maintain a gap of 1-2 days if you are tired and exhausted.
It is a way to release fantasises. You can use the masturbation for imagining , enhancing you sexual fantasises. Actually it must improve your desires not kill your desires.
Good sleep, good rest and good diet are necessary for gaining energy.
