Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern. I see the value of your lab test uric acid even you didn’t mentioned the unit it is at normal range value, the normal range value is 3.4-7.0 mg/dl (202-416 mcmol/l). For avoid the risk to increase the uric acid you should drink two-three liters of water everyday drinking small amounts regularly throughout the day, also you should reduce the eating of red meat to twice time per week, avoid alcohol using. You can add to your diet essential fatty acids, low fat dairy foods and complex carbohydrates e.g. bread, cereals and fruits like cherries, strawberries, blueberries. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. Kind regard, Dr .Marsida Janko
