How To Control Vomiting Every Morning?

my son gets sick every morning when he eats and throws up whatever he has whether it is vitamins or regular fruits veggies or protein - he is 19 = how can we help him to stop this - he has to rest after he throws up but as the day goes he feels better and can eat several hours later

hello, welcome to HCM. Please dont force him to take food forcefully. If he is interested to take anyfood let him take, If it is little also enough. Instead of taking heavily and vomiting everything. Please avoid milk in the morning for few days and see if he feels better. This is because if there is acidity,taking milk induces vomit. You dont have to worry if he is taking little in the morning. As the days go he take enough food which will be helpful for his body. Then you give more to him.Take care of him. Dont worry. He will be fine.
