How To Cure A Complex Cyst On Left Ovary?

I have hand hand , wrist and foot pain fior 2 years. Currently my upper arms and shoulders are in severe pain. I have gone to a rheumatologist and right now we are just calling it inflammatory arthritis. My doctor asked me to get a pelvic ultrasound because she said that if something is going on with my ovaries it could be causing the pain in my arms and shoulders. Is that true? I did have the ultrasound and I do have a complex cyst on the left ovary. they have asked me to have the CA 125 blood test.
