i AM 72 YRS OLD, MALE. RECENTLY MY CT SCAN CONTRAST SHOWED LEFT RENAL PARA PELVIC CYST OF 7 CMS WITHOUT OBSTRUCTION. ADVISED TO OBSERVE AND WHEN COMPLICATIONS SET IN TO GO FOR DEROOFING LAPAROSCIPALLY. IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF ASPIRATION OR ANYOTHER METHOD TO DEROOF THE CYST/?

right advise have been given. other alternative is surgical removal. laproscopic derroofing is best option.
