How To Cure A Sebaceous Cyst On The Areola?

Hello, I seem to have a sebaceous cyst on my areola. I am only guessing, but I've had a few thick hairs there that I've mistakenly plucked and now it seems that they may be ingrown. I have an area that is very sore and feels like a small marble beneath the skin in the same area I'd picked at.
