How To Cure Abdominal Tenderness After Miscarriage?

I have been recently going through a miscarriage for about 12 days now, today my hip and knee joints are really hurting and have had abdominal tenderness and headache for three days. I was told that this was unrelated. Is this true? Why out of the blue would this all be happening. I was told I have several cysts on my ovaries also.
