How To Cure Acid Reflux And Congestion Of Mucus In Throat?
I have been clearing my throat all day long; this has been an issue for several years. It sounds like congestion of mucus but when I spit it up, it is thick saliva. I was told I have acid reflux; however, nothing works. Any ideas as to how I can conquer this discomfort?

from your complaints it seems like you have acid reflux!
there are many medicines available for it, however without dietary modifications, nothing will work!!
please avoid tea , coffee, spicy and oily foods and take an early and light dinner, that will help!
