How To Cure Acne On Face And Chest Area?

i am 32 married and blessed with 2 children .
Had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in feb 2010.
Past 8 months have suddenly developed heavyness and pain during ovulation . The cycles are very regular say 28 to 30 days . but Spotting upto 10 days was seen. Was found that i had a corpus luteum haemorragheic cyst.Now since feb2011 have developed acne mostly all cyctic ones and my pores seem to get clogged on the face , chest and back . I am 5.4 and 48 kgs . Do u think this cld be cos of PCOS ? Is it advisable to take krimson35
