How To Cure Balanitis, Unresolved Despite Applying Steroid And Canesten Creams?

Hello, I would appreciate your advice,

I had a protected sex and after 1 day I developed red spots on my gland penis.
Doctor saw it said it was balanitis - gave me steroid creme for 1 week, and after 1 week, he recomended Canesten (clotrimazole). I have been using Canesten for 5 days and still have the red spots on gland penis. How long it takes to use Canesten and cure this balanitis, or do I use another cream?

It is usually by fungal infection.
It usually occurs after unprotected sex improper hygiene.
Continue clotrimazol cream.
start complete course of oral antifungal.
Take proper local care.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Avoid tight undergarments.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
