How To Cure Blocked Nostril And Constant Headache ?

I have one blocked nostril, a constant headache on one side, temple and forehead and eye. Poor vision and disorientation, painful lower jaw tooth and muffled hearing in both ears, I have trouble falling asleep and waking up in the morning. My muscles feel tired all the time. I am a 32 year old male, who smokes regularly, drinks rarely, juggles a 10hour work day for four days weekly with late night studying upto 2am, and studying using a mobile phone inbetween travelling to work and home. According to my knowledge I have low blood pressure, I dont drink too much water or eat well because of work, I use a computer at work at home plus when i m mobile. Are there home remedies i can try for relief until I get money to consult a doctor?

Ok , Let us try something according to your problem.
Since you have blocked nostril with headache on one side along with all the other symptoms you have noted, I would suggest you the following.
Buy Decongestant nasal drops like Otrivin which is a OTC product now.

Instill 3 to 5 drops in each nostril and then take a steam inhalation of a plain water. In many cases , this alone helps.You can also take OTC decongestant along with a pain-killer available over the counter in proper dosage.

This should help you. IF not helping you need a prescription based antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines too.
You may need to undergo tests of blood, urine and CT scan of the sinuses.
Start the treatment I have suggested , if it does not help you completely consult an ENT Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation , investigations and treatment .
